Muzaffarnagar Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 80 Lok Sabha constituencies in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It covers parts of the Meerut district and part of the Muzaffarnagar district. It comprises 5 assembly constituencies.

 During the 2009 elections, among the total of 23 contestants, 20 were male, and 3 were female, in percentage- 87% and 13%. In 2014, the total number of contestants declined to 19, out of which 17 were male and 2 were female, in percentage- 89% and 11%. 

 In 2019, all the 10 contestants were males and there was no female participation.
