Out of 28 districts, there were 16 districts where BJD either won or was 1st runner-up. In these districts, there are 95 assembly constituencies wherein BJD won 67 constituencies and came first runner-up in the remaining 28 seats. And out of 28 constituencies where BJD lost, BJP came triumph in 20 seats. BJD will not like to yield any ground in these districts but BJP too will be resolute to breach its stronghold in the next election.
