Location
Bhuj assembly constituency is located in Kutchh district and consists of:

Voter Turnout

During the 2012 elections, the total number of electors was 223986 and the turnout stood at 68.76%, in real numbers- 1,54017 voters. 2017 witnessed a turnout decrease; out of the 2,55860 electors, 67.22% of voters exercised their constitutional rights. In real numbers though it was a reasonable jump-1,71978 voters.
Representation and Results

2017’s assembly election winner, BJP’s Acharya Dr. Nimaben Bhaveshbhai gained a vote share of 50.32% and defeated INC’s Chaki Adambhai Budhabhai whose vote share stood at 42.16%. The remaining candidate in the fray was independent candidate Sindhai Prakash Harilal with 1.15% Vote share. 2.66% of votes were under NOTA.

In 2012, BJP won the constituency and earned 69174votes and 86532 votes in 2017. INC garnered 60201 votes in 2012 and 72510 votes in 2017. BJP dominated the district of Kutchh in 2017 by winning 4 seats. INC scored 2 seats.
